Working principle of TBLMA series pulse dust collector:
The dust gas gets into the ash hopper from the air inlet and enters the filter bag room, and the big particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper under the action of gravity. The clean gas is filtered through the filter bag enters the clean air chamber, and then passes through the air outlet of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing so that the resistance of the bag filter continues to rise. In order to keep the resistance of the equipment not exceeding 1500Pa, the bag filter can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly. Soot cleaning is to start the electromagnetic pulse valve in a timed sequence by the pulse controller, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the holes of the injection pipe and enters the filter bag, so that the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, accompanied by the reverse airflow. Shake off the dust to the action to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

The process of removing dust from the filter bag surface is called cleaning. The cleaning work is carried out row by row. Each time the pulse valve is actuated, a row of filter bags is cleaned.
