Installation instructions for DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series:
1.Connection of the wires DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series:
(all the wires are finished connected, except the following 3 parts wires )
A.For the packing part, there is one firewire and one zero wire, which need you to connect with your power.
B.For the sewing part, please see the below red number ①②③④.
①—– refers to the power wires, there are three fire wires that need you to connect with your power.
②—– refers to the pedal wires, you can check in the box, no need to connect.
③—– refers to the sewing wires, you need to connect with your sewing motor.
④—– refers to the belt conveyor wires, the wires are on the conveyor, you need to connect with them in the sewing control box.
C. For the air pump part of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series, there is one firewire and one zero wire, which need you to connect with your power.
2. Installation of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series packing part and the air pump:
1) Put the main packing part in your suitable place in the site, which is in vertical type, please note in any time, load or unload station, need to keep it in vertical type, in order to protect the weighing precision.
2) then install the product hopper on the top of the packing machine, please note put the hopper with a distance of 2cm-3cm to the packing part, the distance you can use a cloth sealing around them. This can protect the packing machine and use a longer time.
Next, connect the air pump tube to the packing part (interior of the lower side). Our air pump can use for two packing machines at the same time. But you need to buy the air tube and one tee joint in your local place. The air tube is an external diameter of 8mm. The length is according to your needed length.
3.Installation of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series sewing part and the belt conveyor:
Put the sewing head to the pillar plate with screws we provided.
Then check the motor, control box, also wires in the right connections.
Put the belt conveyor in the right installation.
Adjust the sewing head to the right height by turning the handwheel on the top of the pillar.
Note: All the installation is in the right station, then check the screws are fastened.
Debugging instructions for DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series:
1. For the packing part and the air pump of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series:
With power in the ready mode of DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series, you can see the following picture:
①—– (in the picture shown number 43), refers to the bag’s quantities, it is circulating in 0-99 numbers. So it cannot as the reference for the workers’ work.
②—– (in the picture shown number 0.14), refers to the current weighing weight.
③—– (in the picture shown 8.64), refers to the last bag weight.
④—– refers to the MENU button.
⑤—– refers to the ZERO buttons.
⑥—– refers to the TARE button.
⑦—– refers to the ENT button.
The procedures of DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series: adjust 201, 201, 203, and 204.
Step 1: adjust 201, which refers to the target weight.
Press the ⑤ ZERO button, It will show the above 201 picture:
Press the ⑦ ENT button, the number 10.00 begins to blink.
Press the ⑤ ZERO button to move to the blinking number 1.
Press the ⑥ TARE button to change the number. The number is with 0-9 circulation. if you want to weigh 50kg, change it to 50.00. If you exceed 5, you can continue and wait for the next 5 coming.
Press the ⑦ ENT button to save this number.
Step 2: adjust 202, it refers to surplus this weight to full the bag, the speed will change from fast to the middle. For example, if your target weight is 50 kgs, in 202, you set the number is 8 kgs, Then the packing machine will in 50-8=42kgs, the fast speed stop, move to middle speed to add goods to bags.
Press the ⑥ TARE button, It will show the above 202 picture:
Press the ⑦ ENT button, the number 006.00 begins to blink.
Press the ⑤ ZERO button to move to the blinking number 6.
Press the ⑥ TARE button to change the number. The number is with 0-9 circulation.
Press the ⑦ ENT button to save this number.
Note: we suggest this weight in the setting range of 6-12kgs.
Step 3: adjust 203, it refers to surplus this weight to full the bag, the speed will change from middle to slow. For example, if your target weight is 50 kgs, in 203, you set the number is 2.5 kgs, Then the packing machine will in 50-2.5=47.5kgs, the middle-speed stop, move to slow speed to add goods to bags.
Press the ⑥ TARE button, It will show the above 203 picture:
Press the ⑦ ENT button, the number 3.00 begins to blink.
Press the ⑤ ZERO button to move to the blinking number 3.
Press the ⑥ TARE button to change the number. The number is with 0-9 circulation.
Press the ⑦ ENT button to save this number.
Note: we suggest this weight in the setting range 2- 4kgs.
Step 4: adjust 204, it refers to air suspension material weight. For example, if your target weight is 50 kgs, in 204, you set the number is 0.05 kgs, Then the packing machine will stop to hole to fall the material in 50-0.05=49.95kgs. Then the air suspension material into the bag will be 50kgs.
The setting way is the same as 202, or 203.
Note: We suggest this weight in the setting range 0.02-0.05kgs. You can try several times without setting this number after the bags are full and then weigh them to find the difference from your target weight to choose the average value.
Notes: 1. when you do step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, al long time you have no action on it, it will get back to the before ready mode. Then you can press the button ZERO NAD TARE button to find the screen you need to change and operate. 2. You only need to adjust the numbers 201, 202, 203, 204, the other numbers are finished to adjust in our factory.
With power and air in a ready mode of DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series, you can see the following picture:
⑧—– refers to the fast speed indicator light. When finish fast adding goods, the light will be off.
⑨—– refers to the middle-speed indicator light. When finished, the light will be off.
⑩—– refers to the slow speed indicator light. When finished, the light will be off.
⑪—– power switch
⑫—– loosen bags indicator light
⑬—– clip bag switch, pull it, the machine will clip bag automatically when the bags finished filling goods, the bag will loosen automatically. When you find an emergency situation(clip the finger of the worker), you can pull it again to loosen the bag.
Notes: 1. When finished setting, the packing machine begins to work, you can observe the indicator light, if the light ⑧-⑨-⑩-⑫ for a long time, this is because your setting number is not suitable, too big, then you can set again according to the method we have given to decrease the setting number. On the contrary, if the light closing time is too short, you need to increase the setting number. 2. the bag cannot touch the belt conveyor, it must be hung in the air.
Notification of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series:
1. In DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series packing machine, the sealing bar contacted with the bag, we send you with one more piece for replacing.
2. When you install the product hopper on the top of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series packing machine, please note put the hopper with a distance of 2cm-3cm to the packing machine, the distance you can use a cloth sealing around them. This can protect the packing machine and use a longer time.
3. The string of the slot machine of the DCS Quantitative Packaging Scale Series packing machine, please do not pull it down, only when you put your string in it in the right way.
4. The support for the belt conveyor, we have the channel steel in the container, but you need to cut for your needed length and weld.
